Paul Bott and Company estate agency was founded in 2014 by the husband and wife team “The Botts” - i.e. Kathy and Paul. With their combined knowledge of the property market and experience in the industry, they had a goal of setting up an independent estate agency that gave customers a different level of service. Their approach is focused on the local community and giving something back, and they support various charities and local groups, including Crohn’s UK, Rainbow Chorus, Moulescoomb Amateur Boxing Club and Friends of Queen's Park.
Paul Bott & Co's friendly, welcoming office environment and high level of customer service is certainly flying the flag for a local independent estate agents that go that extra mile. The company have built a solid reputation in Kemptown for having second-to-none knowledge of the local property market, and the residents that make it so special.
The team has been awarded Gold Winner of the British Property Awards for five consecutive years, however our focus is always on the future. We pride ourselves on our long-standing staff members, ensuring a familiar face will always be available when you need us.
